- Choose a model of our products to be custom decorated- Neko, Cat, Grace, Paw, etc.
- Place an order.
- Send us photos of your pet to art@pulvisurns.com quoting your Order number. The photos should clearly show the pet from all sides (front, back, top, sides).
- We will get back to you via email to discuss other necessery details if there are such.
- Give us 2-3 weeks to decorate the memorial urn.
- We will keep you updated with the progress.
